Sr. Product Specialist will sit within our Global Merchandise Services (GMS) team. GMS helps brands bring their fan communities products that unleash badge-wearing potential, so the people who love them most can love them even more.

We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist to support and drive product initiatives across our Merchandise category focusing on Serve ware & Lifestyle. In this role, you will work closely with internal cross-functional teams (Creative, Program, Supply Chain, Marketing etc.) and external customer stakeholders to develop market-driven product solutions. You will help define product requirements, manage end-to-end development activities, and ensure alignment with customer brand guidelines and business objectives.
This position requires a strong blend of product management and development skills, with a keen eye for market trends, consumer insights, and operational execution.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
Product Management Support
- Assist in defining and executing product strategies that align with company business objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to identify product opportunities.
- Support product lifecycle management – track product performance, initiate NPD requests, and propose product updates or phase-outs as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Creative, Program, NPD, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure smooth and efficient product delivery.
- Monitor competitor product portfolios, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.
- Analyze sell-through performance, identify key internal/external factors, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
Product Development Execution
- Support the full merchandise product line (Serve ware & Lifestyle) development and delivery for the responsible market, including assortment planning, CMF (color, material, finish), and artwork application.
- Support creating & presenting compelling product proposals with strong storytelling and local relevance, by promotion and by product.
- Manage sample reviews, coordinate improvements, and follow up with stakeholders to meet customer needs, ensure final sample quality and hit rate.
- Ensure all products comply with customer brand strategy and product policies.
- Partner with the commercial team to ensure product proposals meet profit targets.
- Support identifying short-, mid-, and long-term product opportunities and contribute to market-centric product mapping and strategy.
- Support the commercial team in addressing potential new customer needs.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Deep understanding of local culture, market dynamics, design & fashion trends, and consumer insights.
- Broad knowledge of the consumer goods industry with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese (required).
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Result-driven, ownership mindset, problem-solving attitude, and strong timeline management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, product management, product development, or related fields.
