WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end management of global shipments originating from global factories, ensuring all cargo is delivered accurately and on schedule. Manage domestic and international logistics arrangement, third-party logistics suppliers and shipping resources to deliver compliant, cost-effective and high-quality logistics services. Monitor overall shipment execution, trade compliance and supplier performance, providing regular data review and optimization suggestions to support team logistics management.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

  • Collaborate with global sales teams to deliver precise and standardized shipping instructions to supporting factories for individual shipment arrangements.
  • Liaise closely with factory logistics teams, forwarders and 3PL service providers to monitor shipment progress and guarantee on-time cargo dispatch.
  • Coordinate and consolidate goods from multiple factories, optimize container loading plans to maximize container utilization and reduce logistics costs.
  • Prepare and issue complete, accurate shipping documents to clients, ensuring full compliance with destination customs clearance requirements.
  • Align with manufacturing factories, domestic clients, transportation vendors and China local warehouses to arrange accurate, timely product delivery and cargo handover.
  • Cooperate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and relevant authorities to smoothly complete import and export declaration and clearance procedures.
  • Source, screen and evaluate qualified transportation service providers for both China domestic and international shipment businesses to enrich high-quality logistics resources.
  • Process system order receipt and fulfillment operations strictly, and regularly verify and update system data to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct monthly KPI assessment and performance review on third-party logistics providers and cooperative factories, and submit standardized reports to the Logistics Manager.
  • Research and analyze trade compliance regulations of destination countries, covering import duty standards, Country of Origin rules, mandatory certification requirements and other related trade policies.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, foreign trade operation or supply chain coordination.
  • Familiar with end-to-end logistics procedures, including shipping instruction issuance, container loading optimization, document preparation and domestic & international order fulfilment.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English for daily cross-team communication, vendor liaison and overseas business correspondence; able to prepare professional logistics and shipping documents independently.
  • Professional international logistics operation capabilities.
  • Deliver solid 3PL and factory supplier management capabilities.
  • Provide rigorous trade compliance expertise covering cross-border tariff policies, rules and origin and certification requirements.
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility, pressure resistance and team spirit.
  • Positive and proactive working attitude.

Any of the following would be a plus

  • Good command of Oracle system is a plus.
