Administrative assistant will sit within our Greater China Client management team.
Client management team is to connect internal functions with our stakeholders to ensure our service deliverables to meet their Global/Regional/Local needs
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
This role will be working to support all functional team on business related paper work consolidation, take ownership of team event organization and support on central-led office administration when needed
- Requires bachelor degree on business related major (Supply chain or international business preferred)
- Requires 3-5 years business administrative or coordinator work experience (international company experience is preferred )
- Open minded, loving, fun & warmth character, committed with “CAN DO” attitude, loyal with high work ethics, good learning agility is preferred
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Good interpersonal communication skillset
- Decent logic thinking with high sense of urgency & importance
- Proficiency of Microsoft word, excel & PPT
- Proficiency in writing and spoken in mandarin (Proficiency in writing and spoken in English is preferred)
And we'd love you to…
- Provide administrative support on APAC SLP business
- Support on packaging price agreement via SRM system twice a year
- Compile paper work to support internal reporting & communications (i.e.flash report)
- Provide administrative assistance for employee visa & employee onboarding
- Support Finance team on expense claim & business license related paper work
- Organize team event & meetings when required
