WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE
The role of the Project Management Specialist (Indirects) will sit within our Market Engagement Team. The primary responsibility will be to ensure that Operating-Supplies projects are being coordinated/executed while considering that OPS-(sales) targets are being met. You will look after the allocated indirects business in Europe including simple data analysis to discover new growth opportunities, gain in-depth understanding of market needs, promote client conversations with the goal to advise & influence the client, implementation of services/products and prices, assuring supply, spend/income overviews and forecasting.
In this role you will work cross-functionally with other departments, such as Account Management, Category Management and local Distribution Centre’s partners, to assure supply and bringing maximum benefit to the client in category optimizations and implementation of potential savings.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
• Project Management: Plan, initiate, oversee and execute Operating-Supplies projects in line with our strategy and goals for your dedicated markets in strong collaboration with internal teams & Distribution Centres to ensure consistent and reliable supply for our client. Look after all OPS related operational tasks for your allocated markets (from idea creation until end of lifecycle)
• Business Growth initiatives: Together with the Account Management Team, inform, influence and convince the client base in line with our Category and Commercial strategy to foster revenue growth.
• Data insight & translation of market insights: Search, gather and analyze data/market insights of your allocated market. Translate market information and data insights into a call plan for internal teams.
• Support client satisfaction & relationship management: Support the Account Management team in strengthening client relationships by facilitating communication on operational topics. Actively seek feedback from Account Managers and assist in day-to-day market conversations and client updates to help maintain alignment and responsiveness.
• Communication: Develop clear and engaging communication decks and resources about OPS projects to support Account Managers in delivering consistent, accurate messaging. This ensures clients understand tms capabilities, are aligned with the project’s status, and are informed about market opportunities.
• Assured Supply & QA related issues oversight: Liaise with internal tms departments and local logistic partner to ensure assured-supply and an appropriate stock-level of goods for our clients. If needed, implement contingency solutions together with the Category Management Team and local Distribution Centres in case of supply disruptions or QA-issues at client level.
• Provide feedback: Provide regular feedback to the Senior Manager and align with them on strategic decisions.
• Reporting & Analysis: Together with the market engagement team, manage income reporting, track revenue performance, and analyse monthly income variations to provide insights to internal teams.
• Category Management: Category Management activities for low-spend categories. Have contractual obligations up to date and lead the conversations with the suppliers managed by tms. Analyze opportunities and optimization within these categories.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sourcing operations or client-facing role
• Knowledge of project management skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Good understanding of indirect-spend categories or packaging categories
• Results focused with a strong bias for action
• Experience of leading projects
Desirable:
• Bachelor or Masters degree in business, sales or equivalent
• Fluency in other European languages (ideally Polish)
This role will require some ad-hoc travel within Europe to attend client, supplier and team meetings.
