Reporting and Analytics Manager will sit within our tms, Global Sourcing Services team.
Summary of role:
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution of global price change program for packaging - thousands of price changes managed within global price management systems each year across hundreds of suppliers
- Manage new product additions and product removals from pricing contracts within price management system
- Manage supplier queries on pricing as first point of contact to resolve
- Responsible for monthly price list reporting program to Customer facing teams
- Manage and approve new contract additions to pricing management system
- Responsible for reporting of contract performance utilising analytics team to support reporting efforts on pricing breakdown elements (energy, labour, raw materials etc)
- Escalation of supplier pricing issues to Analytics and Supplier facing team for resolution
- Responsible for supplier invoice accuracy and managing invoice discrepancy process to resolution
- Manage price matrix communication for promotions and Happy Meal management teams
- Responsible for approval of price lists in customer ERP systems as required
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years in pricing and contract management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or other related field
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player including inclusive self-development, global awareness, growth mindset, culture of learning
- Proven strong excel skills
- ERP systems and data visualization experience
- Proven experience in supplier engagement for managing commercial pricing terms
- Proven experience analyzing data to transform it into actionable insights to drive business KPI’s
- Proven ability to deal with complex problems with great attention to detail
