Digging deeper on the details

 

Project Management:

  • Support effective delivery of day-to-day projects, with several Happy Meal promotions in development at any one time
  • Oversee all aspects of assigned projects including ownership of the campaign localisation process
  • Provide regular updates to AM and wider team on work progress, bottlenecks or anticipated changes to the planned workflow
  • Build strong relationships with all internal stakeholders, in particular regular liaison with the Resource Management team and Creative teams
  • Strong attention to detail for proofing and reviewing creative
  • Effective project administration, including booking in meetings, managing agendas, taking minutes, managing ad hoc requests
  • Share knowledge and findings, as well as conducting competitor and market reviews

Client Service:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients as well as a number of other stakeholders including licensors, suppliers and partner agencies
  • Be willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best outcome for the client and agency
  • Understand the client brand and customer needs within its competitive context and use this to confidently critique and build ideas.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector, particularly kids and family

 

Skills and experience we would like you to have

Outside of your drive, passion, ambition and fun-loving approach to everything you do, there are some things we would like you to have:

  • You will ideally have some experience in an agency environment, with experience of working with a creative department and basic print knowledge
  • You will be a motivated person who approaches new tasks with enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • You will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines
  • You will have excellent attention to detail
  • You will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and organised approach to busy situations with an ability to multi-task effectively
  • You will have a process driven mind-set – able to work within guidelines and to tight timelines
  • You will have excellent communication skills
