Drive organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance efficiency, adoption, and performance.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZAITON
• Lead change management strategies for systems, processes, and organizational transitions.
• Engage stakeholders through training, adoption programs, and feedback mechanisms.
•Monitor readiness, adoption and feedback metrics.
• Identify and implement Lean/Six Sigma projects across supply chain functions.
• Develop performance dashboards and data optimization frameworks for decision-making.
• Promote a culture of innovation and accountability through capability-building initiatives.
• Align process changes with sustainability, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Promote and train on CI tools and methods.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
• 8+ years in change management, process improvement, or transformation roles.
• Certified in Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in driving cultural and operational change in complex organizations.
• Experience in global organizations and cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of digital tools for change management and CI.
• Advanced degree or certifications in organizational development or related field.
