Senior Director Strategy and Change will sit within our Global Merchandise Services (GMS) team. GMS helps brands bring their fan communities products that unleash badge-wearing potential, so the people who love them most can love them even more.

This role will lead the development and execution of long-term strategic vision and change initiatives across the global Happy Meal category, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
• Define and drive overarching category strategy and goals including investments and business case opportunities.
• Develop cross-year roadmap aligned with brand strategy, innovation cycles, and supply capacity.
• Translate macro trends into actionable strategies and scenario planning.
• Oversee sustainability and resilience initiatives, ensuring risk mitigation and adaptability.
• Lead change management strategies across systems, processes, and organizational structures.
• Champion capability building and cultural transformation to foster innovation and accountability.
• Monitor global risks and geopolitical factors to inform strategic pivots.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
• 15+ years in strategy, transformation, or change leadership roles.
• Proven experience in large-scale organizational change and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in risk management and process optimization.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or related field.
• Experience in global organizations and cross-functional leadership.
• Knowledge of transformation and change management.
