ABOUT THIS ROLE

We seek a determined and focused Snr/Director who can provide inspiring leadership and vision to our existing clients and new business efforts, while supporting and empowering the team to do their best work, and develop as individuals. As a Senior Director you will be integral to then delivering best in class campaigns, that have product at the heart of every one. You will be responsible for overseeing these campaigns from strategic and creative development and market sell-in to identifying other areas of revenue growth for the business (such as digital, loyalty, merch, games and the development of retail comms). You will also oversee a team and will be the lead client partner for the regional Asia.

An established client services business leader, you will be the figurehead of our Asia business. You will build long-term client relationships quickly and with intent – setting your team up for success. Ideally you will have experience in product development and will be able to leverage this to create business growth.

Creating strong bonds

  • Work with the agency’s business leaders to support and drive the business. Key stakeholders include the Partnerships and Licensing, Strategy, Creative and Supply Chain teams.
  • Be a strategic partner to clients offering innovative ideas and creativity rooted in great insight.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of our clients’ business challenges and convert into pathways for growth for both tms’ and our clients.

 

Making business better

  • Develop tailored progression plans for each direct report, to help them each reach their potential
  • Set the benchmark for presentations, aiming to engage and excite.
  • Best in class communication (verbal, email, presentations etc.)
  • Successfully manage the needs of multiple stakeholders (clients, partners, suppliers).
  • Effectively engage, influence and motivate others across the agency.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE 

  • Wide-ranging account leadership background at a leading integrated agency or similar business.
  • A wealth of experience in developing Global, integrated campaigns with a focus on product development – ideally within the toy or retail industry.
  • Gen A or Gen Z target audience expertise would be a huge asset
  • Experience of working with world leading licensing and promotional partners (e.g. Disney, Lego, Universal Studios)   
  • Experience of collaborating with and managing multiple stakeholders including Strategy and Creative Directors to deliver fully integrated campaigns
  • Strong commercial acumen 
  • Excellent presentation skills (writing and delivering)
