WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO TMS
Assure Supply & Supply Chain Resiliency
- Support the Supply Chain function by assessing project timeline feasibility, and managing packaging artwork approvals.
- Monitor and respond to supply disruptions, vendor delays, and calendar changes to ensure operational continuity.
- Support contingency planning and risk‑mitigation activities for seasonal and high‑priority programs.
- Coordinate with vendors and the Order Management team to align production availability to improve delivery reliability.
Manufacturing Footprint Development
- Support benchmarking activities between China and non‑China vendors, includes daily-rate calculations based on different scenarios.
- Facilitate onboarding new vendors.
People & Collaboration
- Engage proactively in team communication, sharing updates, risks, and progress.
- Contribute to a culture of open dialogue, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
- Support collective team development and cross‑training when required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain operations, project management, and/or sourcing.
- Familiarity with a variety of product types including plush toys, plastic toys, paper toys, and books.
- Strong understanding of production timelines, critical path management, and vendor coordination.
- Experience coordinating programs with global markets across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and other regions.
- High level of computer literacy; strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem‑solving capability.
- Proactive, independent, and able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Comfort using AI tools for productivity (or willingness to learn quickly).
