ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

•    Support the Supply Chain function on monitor packaging artwork approval, project timeline, order fulfilment and timely delivery.
•    Monitor the production planning and facilitation on packaging material approval.
•    Coordinate with suppliers on sample arrangement, production scheduling, daily update and generate relevant reports.
•    Proactively liaison with internal and external parties on tracking delivery performance.
•    Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•    Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
•    Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain operations, project management, and/or sourcing disciplines. 
•    Experience in toys or premium products merchandising will be an advantage.
•    Well versed of project timeline management.
•    High level of computer literacy: MS office and Excel competency is a MUST
•    Strong business ethics and high level of integrity
•    Strong sense of business acumen, results oriented, adaptive and flexible to accommodate both hands-on details and follow-through end to end on the programs under his/her responsibility.
•    Proactive, independent, and able to work under fast-paced environment.
•    Self-motivated and detailed minded with a “can-do” attitude
•    Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
•    Immediate available is preferred.
