SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking an Account Servicing & Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of client programmes across the Asia region, with a strong focus on operational excellence and cross-functional coordination. This hybrid role, based in our Hong Kong office, combines day-to-day client servicing with planning, managing, and executing projects to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards—blending in-office collaboration with flexible remote working.
The role acts as the main operational contact for regional clients and internal stakeholders, translating business needs into clear delivery plans while ensuring alignment across markets. You will work closely with strategy, sourcing, creative, and operations teams to deliver feasible, scalable solutions consistent with global and regional expectations.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS include:
- Lead end to end delivery of regional client Happy meal and Gen Z (non-Happy meal) programmes/projects, from initial briefing through implementation and post launch review.
- Serve as the primary day to day operational contact for clients in Asia, managing expectations on scope, timing, and budget.
- Coordinate cross functional internal teams (e.g. sourcing, creative, operations, finance) to deliver against agreed requirements.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively driving solutions and escalating when necessary.
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards, brand guidelines, and any regulatory or compliance requirements across Asian markets.
- Support commercial and account leads with estimates, cost tracking, and invoicing inputs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes – timeline, quotation, and creative, and ways of working within the Hong Kong and wider Asia team.
- Support identification of incremental opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client objectives, performance data, and market dynamics.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years or more in account/project management within marketing, advertising, consulting, retail, or similar industries.
- Proven experience managing multi-market/regional projects in Asia, with complex stakeholders.
- Knowledge of programme delivery (promotions, loyalty, packaging, activation).
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, scopes, change requests, and trade-offs.
- Professional proficiency in English and Chinese; additional Asian languages advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment with strong self-management and digital collaboration.
- Multinational/matrixed organization experience preferred.
