WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficient coordination between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external logistics partners. You will oversee logistics-related projects, support the flow of promotional materials, and help maintain high operational standards across warehousing, transport, and fulfillment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods and promotional materials.
- Coordinate activities between account management teams, internal departments, external logistics service providers (3PLs), suppliers, and customers.
- Oversee logistics-related projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Manage relationships with external logistics partners including warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, and customs brokers.
- Ensure compliance with customs, documentation, and Incoterms requirements.
- Support the flow and tracking of promotional items and campaign-related materials.
- Maintain accurate logistics data in ERP and transport management systems (e.g., Oracle JD Edwards, OTM).
- Contribute to continuous process improvements within the logistics and supply chain function.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities under tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations.
- Proven experience in managing logistics or supply chain projects.
- Education in Logistics & Supply Chain Management preferred
- Experience in promotional items logistics is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with external logistics providers (warehousing, transport, fulfillment, customs brokers).
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively (internal teams, suppliers, 3PLs).
Technical Skills & Expertise
- Solid understanding of warehouse and international transportation processes.
- Experience working with ERP and logistics systems (e.g., Oracle JD Edwards, OTM).
- Sound knowledge of customs procedures, documentation requirements, and Incoterms.
- Basic understanding of promotional product workflows.
Personal Competencies
- A true team player – collaborative, supportive, and able to work cross-functionally.
- A proactive, hands-on working style with high customer focus and a strong sense of responsibility are key.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
