WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
Supply Chain Operations
- Provide support in multiple supply chain programs:
- Supplier Relationship Management programs - across the supplier base in the defined region with a primary focus on strategic and some critical supplier relationships
- Vendor Management Program - manage supplier performance against defined metrics and ensure that suppliers are demonstrating continuous improvement in both the outlined foundational business requirements as well as transformational business strategies. Regularly engage with the SMEs to ensure that its defined regional priorities are reflected in the global framework.
- Participate and support supplier meetings as defined by the supplier engagement framework, supporting team through business reviews, joint business planning sessions and performance management reviews.
- Co-ordinate approved supplier strategies against the product category roadmaps to track against business objectives.
- Actively engage with internal stakeholders during the Source to Contract process to deliver against defined objectives. Serve as escalation and problem solver for supplier discussions and the contract management process.
- Continue to track and keep updated on the supplier segmentation process cross-functionally to ensure supplier tiers on a pre-defined periodic basis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the development and introduction of Supplier Diversity goals in the APMEA region.
- Co-ordinate execution of supplier contract management in partnership with the central Procurement Services teams.
- Lead supply chain analytics on spend, forecasting and pricing to identify and recommend areas of improvement and optimization
Office Administration
- Oversee the general upkeep of the office, including handling of office contracts relating to the maintenance of the office as rendered by external vendors.
- Liaise with the building management on building matters.
- Local compliance document attestations and management.
- Sourcing & stock of pantry items.
- Administering employees special occasion gifts/floral arrangements.
- Assist in organizing group meetings by soliciting meeting package from hotels or other venues; organize meals; and provide on-site admin support, if necessary.
- Support leader in calendar planning and travel arrangements.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- 1-2 years of working experience in supply chain function.
- Strong in planning and organizing skills with high attention to details.
- Able to multi-tasks and work with different requests.
- Proficient in English and Arabic language.
