SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a Account Manager to join our team and be a key player in driving our business & supporting our client within the MEA markets on packaging as well as growth categories. Your primary objective is to provide exceptional service that aligns seamlessly with both tms and client's overarching strategic framework. This role is client facing and you would join a small and dynamic team which is part of a larger, globally operating company.
Your responsibilities encompass the end-to-end project management and execution of local packaging projects in MEA markets for our client. This includes every stage of the planning and production process, from concept development, feasibility assessment, scenario building, all the way through to final execution, implementation, launch, and post-analysis for the MEA markets.
The Account Manager reports to the Senior Account Manager -MEA and this role is based in the tms Dubai Office. The individual in this role will join a highly motivated team in charge of managing the packaging of one of the biggest world’s brand, at a moment in time where meeting challenges around packaging and sustainability improvements has never been so important.
Key job functions include:
- Identify and meet customer needs and increase perceived tms’ value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the key stake holders internally and externally.
- Understand and proactively support customer business strategies.
- Constantly seek best packaging solutions to answer the needs of our client.
- Regularly review and challenge common processes and propose improvements.
- Ensure assured packaging supply and manage day to day requirements
- Lead multiple packaging projects
- Keep clear overview of all activities happening and issue regular reports and presentations.

- Strengthening Customer Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with all local stakeholders across client's Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, Communication and local franchisees when possible.

- Business Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue growth opportunities in collaboration with client. Proactively propose innovative services and strategically expand existing categories to capitalize on market potential and foster growth.
- Provide regular feedback: to your line manager and align with them on key decisions.
