WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE

 

  • Assist in the roll out of new creative resourcing platform and process.
  • Coordinate and track creative resource assignment and availabilities across the team and proactively anticipate and address potential conflicts with scheduling related to deliverables and assigned resources
  • Coordinate and collaborate with account management and production project leads on overall project timelines and changes
  • Provide short- and long-term forecasting based on HM planning calendar and flag potential under or overstaffed periods
  • Manage needed freelance documentation in conjunction with TA/IT/Finance partners
  • Identify opportunities to integrate new process, capabilities, tools and reporting and help teams transition away from outdated ways of working
  • Partners with cross functional teams and a departments to drive consistent and reliable delivery on multifaceted projects
  • Leads prioritization of client deliverables in collaboration with account mgt and creative leadership and various internal cross functional teams
  • Attends or leads necessary status meetings and communicates necessary follow ups to relevant stakeholders and team members
  • Identify and coordinate or facilitate training for new team members and/or cross functional teams as necessary related to operational processes

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

 

As a Senior Resource Manager at tms, you will act as the internal resource operations lead for our McDonald’s Happy Meal and Boxer lines of business by providing exceptional internal support for the creative team including project resource management, collaborating with the account management and production leads on project timelines and schedule changes, and coordinating processes, tools, & resources to help teams deliver stellar creative work. In this role you will bring clarity, balance and efficiency to the way work is assigned and delivered and ensure the right people are working on the right projects at the right time. By tracking team capacity and forecasting upcoming needs, they give creative lead space to focus on the work itself, and not just managing the chaos around it.

 

We’re seeking someone who has a deep understanding of the creative development process and has familiarity with creative resourcing process & allocation management.  You are organized and self motivated and excel at problem solving. You can manage complex, overlapping projects, and love developing and managing processes and tools to help create and maintain team organization and efficiency.  You foster connections with variety of personalities and are a master of managing complex relationships diplomatically and professionally across all employee levels. This role supports a creative team focused on immerging digital creative projects. While understanding traditional creative deliverables and the development process is important, experience with digital projects is a must in this role.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative agency setting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Experience with the creative development process, timelines and deliverables trafficking
  • Understanding of creative resource management across large overlapping projects
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects at the same time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Ability to work with ambiguity & quickly adapts to changes in priority
  • "Solutioning" mindset – Able to identify issues before they escalate, implementing corrective actions in advance
  • Strong communication skills appropriate across levels of the organization
  • Self-motivated, self-driven, and a quick learner
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills
  • Experience leading in a team-oriented, collaborative environment (incl. cross functional teams)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Tech and social media savvy

 

 And we’d love you to…  

  • Experience with managing branding, packaging, ecommerce and digital projects
  • Experience with Airtable, Smartsheet, and/or Netsuite/ERP software

Starting salary between $80,000.00 - $90,000.00
