WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE
Plan, execute, control, and monitor supply chain activities for Latin America promotional initiatives with the objective of assuring supply and minimizing obsolescence with adherence to the agreed to budget. Present customer/gate keeper with recommendations on mitigating costs and/or eliminating program risks. Contribute/lead department process improvements, streamlining and solutions both inter and intra departmental, as well as with the clients.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
- Manage 7-8 projects annually (from beginning to end)
- Monitor timelines and ensure promotional projects adhere to the specified timeline and budget.
- Development of feasibility budgets in coordination with finance
- Evaluate sourcing options and cost analysis.
- Manage the coordination of new/changes to orders, timely communication to suppliers/factories, provide solutions to low/high orders and ensure information is captured in business system.
- Identify options for long lead time raw materials or short production lead times.
- Ensure critical program information/data is disseminated to all appropriate parties in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with supplier and 3rd party providers.
- Provide continuous process improvements that reduce cycle time, improve quality, and increase value to the customer. This includes flow charting, documenting, and presentations.
- Monitor / analyze data.
- Conduct post-project analysis including key learning’s, process recommendations and trend analysis.
- Participate in the development and completion of customer measurements.
- Maintain relationships and work efficiently with all inter/intra company contacts and at different levels: HGS, Client (Latin America and Global), country contacts (marketing & supply chain), Distribution Centers, and suppliers.
- Manage/support issue resolutions with client(s) and supplier(s).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in business admin, international studies, or supply chain
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written & oral); Portuguese a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 5+ years project management
- Supply chain experience is a plus
- 5+ years of budget management and problem-solving experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
- Power BI is a plus
Starting salary base $91,000 - 101,000, plus bonus.
