Licensing Support Coordinator will sit within our Brand Partnerships team. 

 

As the Licensing Support Coordinator, you’ll bring your highly organized, detail-oriented skill set to our team in supporting licensing activity for global marketing campaigns. As part of the Brand Partnerships team, you’ll gain exposure to leading global brands across the kid and family entertainment space, gaining valuable experience and insight into high-level brand collaborations. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects at once, accurately tracking and cascading critical data across internal and client teams. This role will work closely with the Senior Director, Global Promotions and internal cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, licensing compliance, and smooth execution across all client projects.  

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION  

 

  • Support the Senior Director, Global Promotions in the preparation and management of licensing agreements for global marketing campaigns. 

  • Track and maintain key licensing and operational commitments across all global agreements. 

  • Lead internal licensing and operational compliance communications across the agency, client and partners, when required. 

  • Support the invoice payment process including vendor onboarding and payment facilitation. 

  • Gain a deep understanding of the broader agency development process and operational needs. 

  • Oversee the governance, maintenance and accuracy of licensing commitments.  

  • Create, audit, and analyze reports to support ongoing business needs and respond to ad-hoc client or internal requests. 

  • Foster strong, productive relationships with internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and efficiency. 

  • Coordinate and manage activities necessary to meet client needs, including: 

  • Drafting meeting minutes and conference reports 

  • Collaborating with tms teams to track timelines required for start ups, tooling, importation requirements, liquidation extensions 

  • Gathering and organizing relevant files and support documents required for licensing agreements and other client project needs 

  • General support for the Brand Partnerships team including special projects, research, meeting coordination, event logistics

 

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE  

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. 

  • 1+ years relevant experience in Project Management and/or Account Management, including past internship experience; agency experience nice-to-have 

  • Demonstrates operational mentality, focused on executional excellence 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain trusted relationships, person to person, with various levels 

  • Excellent digital literacy and computer skills, especially with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational, time and project management skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

  • Stellar oral and written communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly 

  • Resourceful and a proactive a self-starter 

  • Digitally savvy and curious within today's media and technology environment: including social platforms, mobile, data, online advertising 

 

Any of the following would be a plus  

 

  • Experience working on a global team 

  • Familiarity with online database platforms and tools to support data management
