We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Programs Associate to join our Human Resources (People) team. In this role, you will support the execution of high-priority HR team initiatives and special projects that contribute to the overall success of the organization. Working closely with the VP of Talent and Employee Experience who also operates as Chief of Staff to the CHRO, you will help implement global HR programs and processes, assist in talent management initiatives, and coordinate organizational transformation projects. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for project management and a strong understanding of HR functions.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
- Project Management & Execution: Project manage and deliver the implementation of key HR programs and special projects, ensuring that timelines, goals, and resources are aligned. Oversee day-to-day project activities and track progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Support HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to help shape and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals, such as talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments and HR teams to ensure the successful integration of HR strategies across the business. Support communication and collaboration between HR leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Talent & Leadership Development Programs: Assist in the execution of leadership development, succession planning, and employee talent management programs. Track and report on the effectiveness of these programs, suggesting areas for improvement.
- Organizational Change Initiatives: Support the management of organizational development and change management initiatives. Help create communication strategies and change processes to ensure smooth transitions during HR-driven changes.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Collect and analyze data related to HR programs and initiatives in partnership with our HR Reporting and Analytics team. Provide reporting to senior leadership and assist in tracking program effectiveness through key metrics and KPIs.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Programs: Assist in the execution of programs that foster an inclusive, high-performing company culture. Contribute to employee engagement surveys and action plans to ensure alignment with organizational values.
- HR Systems & Tools: Help manage HR systems and tools that support the execution of HR initiatives. Work closely with HRIS teams to ensure tools are updated and utilized effectively to streamline HR processes in HRIS tool, SAP SuccessFactors.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that HR programs and projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements to HR processes.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, project management, or program management, preferably in a corporate HR environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting or managing HR programs, including talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with HR systems and tools; experience with HRIS and project management software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
- Experience or certifications in change management is a plus.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changes in project scope or priorities.

- This is a highly collaborative role that will work closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and other business units. The HR Manager will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting strategic HR initiatives across the organization.
- The role offers the chance to work on a variety of high-profile HR projects that are critical to the organization's long-term success and growth.
- This role will be hybrid working from Chicago office (345 N Morgan Street) at least 2 days a week.
Starting salary between $85,000-$95,000
