WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE
The Associate Producer supports the print and digital production of marketing materials for TMS. This role will work with Account, Creative, and Digital Asset Managers to create feasible and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
This role will manage multiple projects independently and support their supervisor in coordinating more complex projects.
- Acts as day-to-day production lead on assigned client projects; provides project updates on status calls/emails
- Responsible for the preparation of project bids (estimates), schedules, and milestones for team members
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external partners to identify program needs and create effective solutions to ensure final products represent the quality of TMS
- Implement policy, procedure, and protocol to facilitate and enhance timely and accurate production; help drive overall operational excellence by actively engaging in production policy, procedure and protocol
- Stay on top of advances in print and digital technology and implementation as necessary
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing Communications, or related field with agency, printing or digital experience
- 1-2 years of production experience in brand or agency environment (traditional, digital and video)
- Highly organized with an ability to work under tight deadlines and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pays strong attention to details.
- Proficient in a wide range of computer programs and file types, multi-platform user a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Keen listener to understand team needs and offer practical solutions
- Resourceful self-starter who is organized and has a highly collaborative team spirit.
- Maintains professionalism and positive attitude when working in high-stress environment
Starting salary between $60,000-$70,000
