Associate Manager, Global Promotions will sit within our Brand Partnerships team.
As the Associate Manager, Global Promotions, you will combine a passion for problem-solving with your keen eye for detail to help manage a complex, dynamic promotional calendar on a global basis. As part of the Brand Partnerships team, you will develop relationships with external licensing partners and cross functional teams across tms Global offices. Responsible for daily oversight of global calendar planning changes, you will be most challenged when managing complex scenarios where several global markets are affected by major promotion date changes. You will work along the broader global team in determining feasible alternative plans while maximizing promotion performance.
You’ll utilize your communication savvy with exceptional organization skills to track calendar changes day to day. You’ll use your teamwork skills to collaborate with a cross-functional agency team to proactively anticipate crisis with contingency plans. Outside of crisis situations, you will work with a global network at tms to communicate ongoing promotion date changes.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

Partner with the Manager, Global Promotions to support global promotional calendar adjustments in collaboration with external partners.

Communicate with Global tms counterparts to align on system-wide promotional planning solutions

Assist in developing contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions to promotional schedules.

Gain a deep understanding of the broader agency process and operational needs to evaluate effective calendar solutions.

Present calendar options and recommendations to internal teams and client, as needed

Oversee governance and accuracy of promotional planning data

Create, audit, and analyze reports to support ongoing business needs and address to ad-hoc client or internal requests.

Foster strong, productive relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and efficiency.

Coordinate and manage activities necessary to meet client needs, including:

Drafting meeting minutes and conference reports

General support for the Brand Partnerships team including special projects, research, meeting coordination, event logistics
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
-
3+ years relevant experience in Project Management and/or Account Management, including past internship experience; agency experience nice-to-have

Demonstrates operation mentality, focused on executional excellence

Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain trusted relationships, person to person, with various levels

Excellent digital literacy and computer skills, especially with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational, time and project management skills

Stellar oral and written communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly

Resourceful and a proactive a self-starter
-
Digitally savvy and curious within today's media and technology environment: including social platforms, mobile, data, online advertising
Any of the following would be a plus

Experience working on a global team

Familiarity with online database platforms and tools to support data management
Starting salary between $59,000-$63,000
