WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE

 

The AAE assists the account management team in the day-to-day project execution by executing in a task-oriented role. The AAE serves as a liaison connecting Creative, Strategy, Partnerships, Account and Finance to ensure client and any additional external stakeholder needs are met on time at high quality service levels and on budget. The AAE is responsible for sound, proper, and timely execution of all assigned work.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

 

  • Coordinates and manages activities necessary to meet assigned client project needs, including:
    • Develops and manages program planning and management tools, such as timelines and status documents
    • Develops conference reports, PowerPoint presentations, job changes, or other documentation to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations
    • Manages expectations and allocations of internal resources
    • Helps to manage estimates and budgets, noting details, ensuring accuracy and escalating issues of time, cost or delivery issue for resolution
    • Collaborates with the Account and Strategy team on pulling/synthesizing data for social media analytic reports
    • Collaborates with the Account Supervisor to manage all deliverables as they’re routed through the agency process, including marketing and partnerships strategies, creative assets, and program planning/tracking documentation
    • Collaborates with the Account Supervisor on managing client and external stakeholder communications, maintaining communications with appropriate agency and client personnel to ensure that assigned work is handled in a positive, timely, and effective manner
    • Ownership of scheduling meetings for the Account team as well as note taking during meetings and distributing after meetings.
    • Works collaboratively and professionally across TMS department teams to foster good working relationships and to communicate information
    • Collaborates with cross-functional departments to process vendor invoices to ensure payment
    • Develops and maintains working knowledge of client’s business, industry, category and marketing research

 

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

 

  • 1-2 years relevant marketing promotion and/or account management experience within an agency environment
  • Good interpersonal skills, person to person, with various levels
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills, project management and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Resourceful and a proactive, self-starter
  • Eager to find and implement creative solutions and problem solve

 

 

Starting salary between $50,000-$60,000
