WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE
As an Account Executive, you will own and build relationships with key clients while working with teammates and cross-functional teams that bring a wealth of knowledge to each project.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day tactical execution across one key account. Partnering closely with an Account Director and a cross-functional team, you will deliver high client satisfaction by ensuring work is delivered on time while driving towards campaign and project KPIs.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
- Develops and maintains an active, positive, and productive working relationship with clients and internal collaborators
- Supports overall program strategy, objectives, expectations, program details, and KPIs
- Develops a strong rapport with clients and cross functional teams to inspire trust, collaboration, and productivity
- Proactively uses industry, client, brand news, and knowledge to improve presentation materials and final work product
- Coordinates internal teams to develop timelines, creative briefs, and client presentations
- Leads and tracks projects through agency processes to ensure the highest level of execution
- Monitors the deliverables of cross functional teams to agreed-upon timetables and timelines
- Manages the project approval process with clients and communicates approvals to the team
- Coordinates and participates in internal and client meetings ensuring notes and takeaways are distributed
- Demonstrates the ability to manage details ensuring accuracy and responsiveness
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- 2-3 years prior agency experience in Account Management
- Strong critical thinking, project management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain trusted client and internal relationships
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and solution-oriented
- Proactive self-starter and master of moving projects forward seamlessly and efficiently
- Demonstrated professionalism and a strong work ethic
Starting salary between $60,000-$70,000
