As an Account Executive, you will own and build relationships with key clients and partners while working with teammates and cross-functional teams that bring a wealth of knowledge to each project.

 

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of client campaigns and partner programs, you will cover everything from implementation to internal and external quality assurance, including effective delivery of the finalized product.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

 

This role will execute processes and procedures designed to support the delivery of client and partner programs, always ensuring that projects are delivered keeping the client and partner’s needs in mind.

 

  • Develops and maintains an active, positive, and productive working relationship with clients, partners, and internal collaborators
  • Proactively uses industry, client, partner, brand news and knowledge to improve presentation materials, final work product, and information relating to client demographics and intelligence
  • Develops a strong rapport with cross functional teams to inspire trust, collaboration, and productivity within the agency and external partners
  • Understands the functions and processes across all functional teams
  • Supports overall program strategy, objectives, expectations, program details and KPls
  • Leads internal teams to develop plans, presentations, creative briefs and proposals
  • Coordinates and tracks projects through agency processes to ensure the highest level of execution and communication to internal stakeholders
  • Monitors the deliverables of cross functional teams to agreed-upon timetables and timelines
  • Manages the project approval process and communicates approvals to the team
  • Coordinates and leads and/or participates in internal, partner, and client meetings ensuring notes and takeaways are distributed
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage details ensuring accuracy and responsiveness

 

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

 

  • 2-3 years prior agency experience in Account Management/Client Engagement
  • Strong critical thinking, project management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable and passionate about mentoring and guiding AAEs
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted client and partner relationships
  • Possesses strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented; a proactive self-starter
  • Demonstrated professionalism and a strong work ethic
  • Possess excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with creative and operations teams by leading concepting/brainstorming sessions and translating ideas
  • Digitally savvy and curious within today's media and technology environment: including social platforms, mobile, data, online advertising

 

 

Starting salary between $60,000-$70,000
