The Specialist Client Advisory Services is responsible for the operational management and coordination of European McDonald’s clients across Marketing and Supply Chain. The role ensures efficient execution of programs and business‑as‑usual activities by acting as the single operational point of contact between clients, internal teams, and local distribution partners, directly contributing to service reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational contact for assigned European McDonald’s markets
- Manage day-to-day coordination between McDonald’s Marketing and Supply Chain teams, internal stakeholders, and local distribution partners
- Oversee operational execution of promotional programs and ongoing supply activities
- Coordinate order flows, delivery timelines, and distribution readiness with local distribution partners
- Track execution against agreed plans and proactively flag deviations, delays, or risks
- Support issue resolution by coordinating corrective actions across internal teams and external partners
- Maintain accurate operational visibility on volumes, timelines, and delivery status
- ·Prepare and share regular operational updates, status reports, and escalation points as needed
- Support continuous improvement of operational processes and client interfaces
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations
- Proven experience in managing logistics or supply chain projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management preferred
- Experience in promotional items logistics and supply planning is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively (internal teams, clients and distribution partners)
Technical Skills & Expertise
- Strong operational coordination and execution skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable in managing daily tasks
- Ability to manage multiple operational streams in parallel
- Clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on practical, workable solutions
- Service-oriented attitude with commitment to meeting client expectations
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-market environments

- Experience working with distributors or logistics partners preferred
- Strong proficiency in English & Italian, both written and verbal; additional European languages are a plus (specifically Spanish)

Starting salary between €35,000–€38,500
