WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Account Manager to support and grow client partnerships within the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry. This role focuses on delivering promotional packaging solutions to support local menu items, digital platforms, and in-store merchandising. The Account Manager will work closely with clients’ field marketing and operations teams, as well as cross-functional internal partners to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and achievement of financial goals.

This role will require travel up to 25% (typically 1–3 days per month). It also offers an environment with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

  • Support and manage key customer relationships in a given territory  
  • Collaborate with the Account Director to build strong relationships with stakeholders across over 10 business units and 2000 + restaurants.
  • Manage a contact strategy in partnership with Account Direct and leadership to hit a financial target
  • Lead project timelines for promotional packaging, maintain project from feasibility to closeout.
  • Manage cross-functional coordination to ensure key deliverables (budgets, creative, and timelines) are met.
  • Facilitate the cost quoting process for local packaging programs.
  • Route artwork templates between agencies and stakeholders for internal and external approvals.
  • Assist and lead in the preparation for client meetings, go to market decks

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Outgoing, with strong business acumen and interpersonal skills to manage diverse client personalities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in solution-oriented sales or client services.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong consultative skills
  • Experience working directly with customers (inside sales or face-to-face).
  • Resilient and agile in overcoming process or client-related challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% (typically 1–3 days per month).

Starting salary between $105,000-$127,000, depending upon experience and location residing.
