WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE 

 

The Total Rewards Intern will support the People Team by assisting in the administration and analysis of compensation, benefits, and other employee reward programs. This internship provides hands-on experience in the core areas of Total Rewards, including data analysis, benchmarking, research, and communication of HR programs. The intern will work closely with Total Rewards professionals to help ensure that compensation and benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

  • Assist with total rewards data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support salary benchmarking and market pricing projects.
  • Assist in reviewing salary structures.
  • Contribute to benefits administration tasks (e.g., open enrollment prep, wellness initiatives, etc.).
  • Prepare communication materials for internal stakeholders on Total Rewards topics.
  • Support compliance efforts with internal policies and government regulations.
  • Participate in various People Team and Total Rewards projects as needed.

 

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

 

  • Rising junior or senior pursuing bachelor's degree in Business and in interest in Human Resources.  
  • Proficient in Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

 

 

Starting salary: $25/hr
