We are seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking Technical Manager with deep expertise in Corporate Applications and Technology Architecture that cuts across multiple corporate functions such as Treasury, Finance, Legal, Audit, Compliance, and Investments.
This role is based at the holding company level and requires working closely not only with internal partners but also with technology teams at the operating companies to implement corporate-wide or enterprise-wide solutions.
This individual will be instrumental in helping shape strategic technology direction, developing POCs, and embedding AI and data-driven capabilities across the corporate technology landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

Technical Delivery Leadership:
-
Guide the successful execution of critical initiatives and projects across corporate functions.

Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance on solution delivery across a diverse technology ecosystem.

Drive modern engineering practices including cloud-native development, APIs, data integration, and AI services.

Architecture & Design:
-
Define scalable architecture and solutions for cross-organizational initiatives.

Establish reference architectures, data strategies, and governance models in collaboration with operating company IT teams.

Ensure alignment with group-wide technology standards, security practices, and regulatory requirements.

Innovation & Prototyping:
-
Design and deliver POCs and prototypes using AI and other emerging technologies to demonstrate business value.

Use GenAI to uncover inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and enable intelligent automation.
-
Monitor technology trends and assess their relevance for corporate functions and operating companies.
-
Collaborate across the group, assisting in innovation and continuous improvement.

Cultivate a strong community of practice around architecture, AI experimentation, and rapid prototyping.

Cross-Entity Collaboration:
-
Serve as the technology liaison between the holding company and operating company teams to resolve any technical challenges or provide solutions.

Support the adoption of strategic solutions by providing technical guidance, solution blueprints, and reusable assets.

Stakeholder Engagement:
-
Communicate effectively with non-technical partners, helping them understand solution options, trade-offs, and outcomes.

Assist senior technology leaders in preparing and presenting strategic technology initiatives to executive leadership.
-
Assist in due-diligence activities associated with M&A activities.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
-
10+ years of experience in enterprise software development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead technical or architectural role.

Hands-on experience in one or more corporate domains such as Treasury, Finance, Audit, Compliance.

Experience working in a multi-entity environment (e.g., holding company or multinational enterprise).

Demonstrated ability to design and implement GenAI-based solutions (e.g., LLMs, copilots, intelligent agents).

Deep understanding of integration patterns, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and enterprise data platforms.

Starting salary between $165,000-$170,000
