ROLE OVERVIEW

 

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic communicator to support our Corporate Functions (Legal and HR) at HoldCo., as well as Supply Chain NA, delivering clear, concise, and engaging communication to internal stakeholders. This role will focus on communicating key initiatives, updates, and changes related to corporate functions and Supply Chain NA to ensure alignment and foster collaboration. 

 

JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop and execute communication plans for functions, including new system/tool implementations, policy updates, etc.
  • Create communication toolkits for businesses to leverage as appropriate.
  • Work closely with functional team leaders to align communication efforts with business priorities.
  • Research, create, and implement internal communications strategies and technologies to reach our audience.
  • Maintain sections of the intranet, ensuring content is up to date and user-friendly.
  • Manage and maintain oversight of MSH website, intranet and social channels.
  • Lead communications workstream from strategy to implementation for employee impacting projects (project management experience a plus).
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders to ensure aligned approach.
  • Write articles, talking points, internal announcements, FAQs, and more.
  • Produce and send a bi-weekly employee newsletter.
  • Regularly report on communication outcomes to senior management and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Measure and report content effectiveness metrics to internal stakeholders and continually monitor, analyze, and refine messaging to maximize impact.
  • Organize activities and events that help to share knowledge in a global, hybrid work environment, including supporting in-person and virtual Corporate Townhall meetings, ESG events, etc.

 

 

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

 

  • 4+ years in a corporate communications or similar environment, with internal communications experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field (Journalism, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or related field and/or related work experience in Communications and Change Management)
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and functions.
  • Be a strong, natural writer, able to draft accurate and engaging copy at pace and in plain English
  • Have experience of using intranet content management systems and mass email delivery platforms
  • Bring fresh, innovative thinking and communications processes to improve employee engagement
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to and passion for thinking and communicating clearly and concisely
  • Have experience working in a global or matrixed organization
  • Show flexibility, adaptability, and resourcefulness
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude

Starting salary $110,000 to $120,000
